Ushbu tadqiqot raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida generativ sun'iy intellekt (GenAI) texnologiyalarining — xususan, katta til modellari (LLM), tasvir yaratuvchi modellar va multimodal tizimlar — biznes jarayonlarga ta'sirini kompleks o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Tadqiqotda McKinsey, Gartner, IBM va PwC kabi yetakchi tashkilotlarning 2022–2024 yillardagi empirik ma'lumotlari asosida GenAI ning xizmat ko'rsatish, marketing, moliya, ishlab chiqarish va inson resurslarini boshqarish (HRM) sohalari bo'yicha qo'llanilish holatlari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Metaanaliz va tizimli adabiyotlar sharhi (SLR) metodologiyasiga asoslangan ushbu tadqiqotda 2018–2024 yillarda nashr etilgan 94 ta ilmiy manba o'rganildi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, GenAI ning biznes jarayonlariga integratsiyasi qo'shimcha qiymat yaratishda sezilarli o'zgarishlarga olib keladi: mehnat unumdorligi o'rtacha 25–40% oshadi, qaror qabul qilish tezligi 3–5 barobarga yaxshilanadi va operatsion xarajatlar 20–35% ga qisqaradi. Ayni paytda, GenAI ning tashkiliy o'zgarishlarga tayyor emaslik, ma'lumotlar xavfsizligi va etik muammolar kabi to'siqlari ham aniqlangan. O'zbekiston raqamli iqtisodiyotini rivojlantirish kontekstida ushbu natijalarga asoslangan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo'lib, ular «Raqamli O'zbekiston – 2030» strategiyasi maqsadlari bilan uyg'unlashtirilgan
