Maqolada Toshkent davlat iqtisodiyot universiteti (TDIU) misolida O‘zbekiston oliy ta'lim muassasalarida gibrid bulut xizmat modelini joriy etishni takomillashtirish masalasi kompleks tarzda o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot hozirgi raqamli infratuzilma holati, joriy bulut xizmatlar modellari taqsimoti va ularni rivojlantirishda duch kelinayotgan institutsional to‘siqlarni tahlil qiladi. Qiyosiy usul yordamida AQSH, Angliya, Janubiy Koreya va Germaniyaning yetakchi universitetlari tajribasi sistematik o‘rganiladi. Xalqaro amaliyot asosida O'zbekiston OTMlari uchun moslashtirilib ishlab chiqilgan uch bosqichli gibrid bulut integratsiya modeli taklif etiladi. Ushbu modelni to‘liq amalga oshirish IT infratuzilma xarajatlarini 42 foizga kamaytirish va tizim samaradorligini 83 foizga oshirish imkonini beradi, deb prognoz qilinadi.
