This paper analyzes the economic efficiency of integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology with artificial intelligence (AI) in the construction industry. Drawing on research by the McKinsey Global Institute, existing challenges and opportunities for improving labor productivity in the construction sector are examined. The potential for cost and time savings at the project level, as well as the role of digital technologies in boosting operational efficiency, are assessed with substantiated evidence. The findings indicate that this integration can optimize project management and potentially increase overall construction industry productivity by 50–60%.
