Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalarida dasturchi (IT) mutaxassislarni tayyorlash jarayonida kompetensiyaga asoslangan yondashuvning samaradorligi tahlil keltirilgan. Axborot texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi IT sohasida malakali kadrlar tayyorlashning yangi yondashuvlarni talab etishini ko‘rsatmoqda. Tadqiqot davomida adabiyotlar tahlili, eksperimental metod, so‘rovnoma va intervyu, shuningdek, statistik tahlil usullari qo‘llanildi. 184 nafar talaba ishtirokida o‘tkazilgan eksperiment natijalari kompetensiyaga asoslangan yondashuv an’anaviy o‘qitishga qaraganda sezilarli darajada yuqori natija berishini ko‘rsatdi. Jumladan, backend, frontend, ma’lumotlar bazalari, DevOps va algoritmik fikrlash bo‘yicha amaliy ko‘nikmalar 20–35% ga oshgan. Ish beruvchilarning 91% kompetensiyaga asoslangan yondashuvda o‘qigan talabalarni ishga olishda ustuvor deb hisoblagan. Korrelyatsiya tahlili kompetensiyalar bilan kasbiy ko‘nikmalar o‘rtasida kuchli bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari kompetensiyaga asoslangan yondashuv IT mutaxassislarini tayyorlashda amaliyotni kuchaytirish, loyihaviy ta’limni rivojlantirish, talabalarni mehnat bozoriga moslashtirish va zamonaviy texnologiyalarni tez o‘zlashtirishda juda samarali ekanini isbotladi. Maqola IT sohasida ta’limni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha qator ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi.
