This article presents a scientific and methodological analysis of teaching physics through its integration with military-technical disciplines aimed at developing cadets’professional competencies. The purpose of the study is to design
an effective pedagogical model that takes into account the psychological and cognitive characteristics of Generation Z cadets and to substantiate its effectiveness within the educational process.
The research methodology is based on the system-activity approach, competency-based approach, and integrated teaching methods. The findings demonstrate that organizing the learning process through practical tasks, simulation tools, and problem-based scenarios significantly enhances cadets’ technical thinking, decision-making abilities, and rapid response skills. The proposed model contributes to improving the quality of military-technical training and ensures the formation of key professional competencies in modern educational environments
