Abstrak

Ushbu tadqiqot “Kelajak o‘qituvchisi” konsepsiyasi doirasida pedagogika yo‘nalishi talabalarida raqamli pedagogik kompetentlikni shakllantirishning nazariy-metodologik
asoslarini ishlab chiqishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda raqamli pedagogik kompetentlikning mohiyati, tarkibiy tuzilmasi va uni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan xalqaro standartlar (DigCompEdu, TPACK) hamda O‘zbekistonning milliy ta’lim siyosati tahlil qilingan. Metodologik asos sifatida kompetensiyaviy, faoliyatli va konstruktivistik yondashuvlar uyg‘unligi qo‘llanilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida talabalarning raqamli pedagogik kompetentligini bosqichma-bosqich shakllantirishga yo‘naltirilgan metodologik model yaratildi. Model o‘z ichiga kirish sharoitlari, didaktik tamoyillar, metod va vositalar (LMS, elektron portfolio, mikrodarslar), kompetentlik komponentlari hamda baholash mexanizmlarini qamrab oladi. Shuningdek, kompetentlikning tarkibiy qismlari, ularning indikatorlari va baholash mezonlari jadval ko‘rinishida taqdim etilgan. Muhokama qismida modelning amaliy ahamiyati, uni O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimiga joriy etishdagi muammolar va yechimlar, jumladan, infratuzilma, o‘qituvchilar motivatsiyasi va metodik tayyorgarlik masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari oliy pedagogik ta’lim dasturlarini modernizatsiya qilish va raqamli davr talablariga javob beradigan malakali kadrlar tayyorlash uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
