This article examines the institutional and financial mechanisms for ensuring sustainable
economic growth up to 2030 in the context of new industrialization and the transition to a green
economy. The study provides a comprehensive scientific, theoretical, and practical analysis of key
economic policy priorities aimed at improving energy efficiency, expanding green financing
instruments, promoting financial innovations, and increasing value added in the economy. Particular
attention is paid to the role of institutional reforms, public–private partnerships, and the improvement
of the investment climate in supporting green technologies and sustainable industrial development.
The research also assesses the impact of effective financial and institutional mechanisms on
macroeconomic stability and long-term economic resilience. Based on the findings, the article
outlines measures that should be taken to accelerate the green transformation of the national economy
and ensure comprehensive, sustainable economic growth, and also offers policy recommendations.
