Abstrak

This research analyzes digital transformation in education, highlighting ICT's role in
enhancing management efficiency and teaching quality. By integrating tools like e-learning and
school management systems, institutions improve transparency and accessibility. However, success
depends on addressing teacher competence, infrastructure gaps, and data security. Ultimately, a
human-centered approach is required to harmonize technological innovation with sound pedagogical
principles.
