Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada 650 nm to‘lqin uzunligiga ega lazer asosida qisqa masofali optik simsiz aloqa
tizimining samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda optik uzatish muhitining xususiyatlari, signalning
so‘nishi, shovqinlar ta’siri hamda qabul qiluvchi qurilmaning sezgirligi kabi omillar ko‘rib chiqilgan.
Shuningdek, lazer nuri orqali ma’lumot uzatishda yuzaga keladigan yo‘qotishlar va ularning aloqa
sifatiga ta’siri amaliy va nazariy jihatdan baholangan.
Ish davomida qisqa masofalarda yuqori tezlikda va ishonchli ma’lumot uzatishni ta’minlash
imkoniyatlari aniqlangan. 650 nm diapazondagi lazerlarning optik simsiz aloqa tizimlarida
qo‘llanilishi energiya samaradorligi va kam xarajatli yechim sifatida asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot
natijalari optik simsiz aloqa texnologiyalarini takomillashtirish hamda ularni amaliyotga joriy etishda
muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
