SUN’IY INTELLEKT ASOSIDA AQLLI AXBOROT TIZIMLARIDA QAROR QABUL QILISH MODELINING TAHLILI

Ushbu maqolada axborot tizimlarining murakkablashuvi va ma’lumotlar
hajmining ortishi sababli an’anaviy qaror qabul qilish usullarining samaradorligini pasayishi
muammosi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mualliflar sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalariga asoslangan aqlli axborot
tizimlarida ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish va qaror qabul qilishning yangi adaptiv modelini taklif etadilar.
Model Machine Learning (ML) algoritmlari (XGBoost, Random Forest, LSTM) va Decision Support
Systems (DSS) arxitekturasining integratsiyasiga asoslangan bo‘lib, katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlarni
(Big Data) real vaqt rejimida klassifikatsiya qilish, prognozlash va optimallashtirish imkonini beradi.
Eksperimental natijalar taklif etilgan modelning an’anaviy usullarga nisbatan qaror qabul qilish
tezligini 72.8% ga oshirishi va xatolik darajasini 75.6% ga kamaytirishini ko‘rsatdi. Modelning
aniqlik ko‘rsatkichi 94.7% ni tashkil etdi. Tizimning o‘z-o‘zidan o‘rganish qobiliyati uning
o‘zgaruvchan sharoitlarga moslashishini va uzoq muddatli samaradorligini ta’minlaydi.
